An Bord Pleanála is holding a preliminary meeting with potential observers on Friday, November 13th at 10am in the Hilton Hotel, Kilmainham, Dublin 8. The purpose of this is to enable the Board to set the Agenda for the substantive Oral Hearing by  identifying the time allocation required for observers and  informing  and clarifying for observers as to how the hearing will be run. The Oral Hearing ,which is open to the public, will commence on Monday, Nov 30 th (venue to be notified) and continue ubtil Dec 18th if required.  Also, if not finished before Christmas, the Hearing will reconvene in the New Year.
